The idea for KiddieKort came to us around 1994 when our
first born was 1 and we were at North Point Mall in
Alpharetta Georgia.
I thought she had packed the diaper bag, and she thought
I had packed it, so when it came time to change him -
you guessed it - no diapers.
We figured we'd find a store in the mall that sold them
- no such luck. "I can't believe we have to leave
because no one sells #$%$^&! diapers!" I said, as we
loaded all our stuff back into the car. (Yes, I actually
said #$%$^&! ).
Flash forward to
2008: All though our kids were no longer in need, it
amazed us infant necessities were still non-existent at
most malls, so we decided to open KiddieKort at the very
same mall where we came up with the idea. We wanted to
carry those necessities of life like diapers, passies
and wipes, but we also wanted to feature unique gifts,
accessories, and toys not available in the big stores.
Soon, customers were telling us we were more like a
boutique than a kiosk and mentioned how cute and unique
our items were. This brought us to our second idea, "Why
not get on the web so everyone can shop at KiddieKort?"
So here we are
bucking the trend - when many stores are calling it
quits, we're striving to build a place where you can get
the special things you want for your little ones, and
without breaking the bank to do it. We thank you for
visiting and value each and every customer with a
promise to go the extra mile to make sure you're
happy with your purchase!
Sincerely,
Hal and Terri
