How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are a flat rate based upon the total of
your order. For more information about the variety of

What is your return policy?
KiddieKort will gladly accept returns or exchanges received
within 14 days of the original purchase date. Just follow
these simple rules outlined here on our
return
policy page.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We strive to ship all purchases within 48 hours. Depending
upon the delivery option you choose, your order should
arrive within 2 to 6 business days.
Will you send an order confirmation?
Yes we will! We’ll keep you updated on your entire order
process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via
e-mail including your order number, confirming the shipping
information you provided us. The e-mail will also list each
product you ordered and the price. If you have questions
about your order confirmation, or if you don't receive an
order confirmation within 24 hours, contact us.
What credit cards do you accept and when would my credit
card be charged?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also
accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We
charge your credit card when we ship the item. Your credit
card will be billed from KiddieKort. If we have to ship
items in your order separately, more than one charge may
show up on your card. When you place your order, we may
pre-authorize your credit card. If you use a debit card, the
pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?
We charge sales tax on orders shipped within Georgia only.
