KiddieKort will gladly accept returns or exchanges received
within 14 days of the original purchase date. Just follow
these simple rules:
All returns must be in saleable condition: undamaged, unused
and in their original unopened packagaging or box with all
tags, warranty registration cards, and accessories.
All return shipping and handling is to be paid by the
customer.
Please make sure your return items are packed in a suitable
box including bubble wrap or other cushioning. KiddieKort is
not responsible for any damage or loss of items due to
improper packaging and such shipments may be refused or
returned with a shipping/handling charge to your account. We
recommend you insure your package with the carrier as well
as obtain a tracking number.
Please contact us prior to return for a Return Authorization
Number and then write that number on the outside of the box
on the items you are returning.
Sale and clearance items are not returnable.
All exchanged items will be assessed a shipping fee based on
weight as well as what our shipping costs to you.
Refund Credits
A refund will be issued (assuming all above conditions are
met) to the original card holder upon receipt of the
returned merchandise and will be credited as to the original
payment method. We’re sorry, however shipping and gift wrap
costs cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 72 hours,
excluding weekends and holidays, after receipt
of your return for your account to be credited.
Damaged or Defective Goods
All defective products must be reported to KiddieKort within
two days of DELIVERY DATE. After this time, you must contact
the manufacturer if any warranty applies. We will work with
you to replace or refund your purchase if notified within
those two days. Items being returned must be packaged
correctly and shipped via a method of our choice. If items
are damaged during original shipment to you, retain all
packaging and materials for placing the claim with the
shipping carrier. The shipping carrier’s insurance should
cover this type of loss.
Stocking
All orders are checked for accuracy but occasionally we make
a mistake (I know, hard to imagine!) so if you find you’re
missing an item or received an incorrect item, you must
contact us within two days from the DELIVERY DATE. If we
determine that the error was on our side we will make all
attempts to to correct your order. In addition, if it is
determined that the address you provided was incorrect or
changed by the shipping carrier in order to to deliver your
package, and we receive a charge for this, we will have to
assess your account. In addition, if the package is returned
to KiddieKort
instead of being delivered, you may receive a refund less
the shipping (and gift wrap charge if applicable) or you may
pay to have the package delivered to the correct address.
All refused delivery or cancelled after shipment from
KiddieKort orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%,
and shipping costs (and gift wrap fees) are not refundable.
